Teriyaki Bao Buns

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Slice the cucumber into thin strips. Slice the spring onions and roughly chop the fresh cilantro.
  2.  Steam the bao buns according to package instructions until soft and fluffy. Meanwhile, heat up the Jackfruit in Teriyaki Sauce for 8 minutes at 85°C in the steam oven or au bain-marie.
  3. Fill the bao buns with siracha mayonnaise, carrot, cucumber the teriyaki jackfruit. Finish with spring onions, cilantro and sesame seeds.
