It all started in Sri Lanka, where we discovered one of nature’s best kept culinary secrets: jackfruit. The world’s largest tree grown fruit surprised us with its meaty texture, satisfying bite and incredible ability to absorb flavour. We instantly saw its potential for the professional kitchen and decided to bring it to the Netherlands. That was the beginning of Rootzz of Nature.
Our jackfruit begins exactly where it should, on the trees of Sri Lanka. We choose honest ingredients and clean label recipes, without unnecessary additives or clever tricks. Just natural goodness, carefully prepared.
