HI!

We are Rootzz of Nature

It all started in Sri Lanka, where we discovered one of nature’s best kept culinary secrets: jackfruit. The world’s largest tree grown fruit surprised us with its meaty texture, satisfying bite and incredible ability to absorb flavour. We instantly saw its potential for the professional kitchen and decided to bring it to the Netherlands. That was the beginning of Rootzz of Nature.

WHERE IT ALL BEGAN

During a trip through Sri Lanka, we discovered jackfruit, a local favourite that has been enjoyed in traditional dishes for generations. Its meaty texture, satisfying bite and rich taste completely surprised us. We instantly saw its potential and knew we had to introduce it to kitchens across Europe.

THE VISION

Back home, jackfruit stayed on our minds. It showed us just how much flavour, texture and potential nature has to offer. We believed this remarkable fruit deserved a bigger place on the menu and set out to help chefs discover its endless possibilities. That idea became the heart of Rootzz of Nature.
